Skagit County - Northwest United FC, Development Director
Northwest United, the select soccer club based in Skagit County, Washington, is seeking a Developmental Director to provide leadership and support for its competitive youth soccer program beginning in the spring of 2010. This Director will oversee and manage coach, team, and player development. Applicants for this newly created, year round, part-time position should have strong leadership and managerial skills, and be able to listen and communicate effectively with the diverse population of the club. Prior experience in similar positions working with other soccer clubs is preferred. Desirable attributes include self-motivation, great organizational skills, and the desire to lead.
